Indoor Cycle Trainers

Indoor Trainers are a great idea in bad weather or dark nights. They give a great work out, are easy to use and pack away into a cupboard after use. How they work - At the heart of an indoor trainer is a resistance unit which applies resistance to the tyre or rim of your rear wheel. Your bike is held in place by clamping the trainer onto you rear wheel axel; this is quick and easy to do. All indoor trainers are for use on bikes with rear wheel quick release (Q/R) axels. Once you have clamped your bike into place on the indoor trainer you simply climb onboard and pedal. Read our buying guide in the - Help Center
